Privacy Policy
Mxtorsim S.A.P.I. de C.V., Collective Financing Institution (hereinafter "Mxtorsim"), with registered office at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 483, Floor 18, Cuauhtémoc, 06500 Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of the personal data that you provide to us. This Comprehensive Privacy Notice is issued in compliance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and the Privacy Notice Guidelines issued by the INAI.
1. Personal data we collect
We collect the following personal data: full name, email address, phone number, Mexican tax ID (RFC), CURP, address, proof of address, official identification (INE or passport), Mexican bank account (CLABE), asset information, investment history and facial biometric data for KYC processes. Biometric data is only collected when the user decides to open an investor account and is treated as sensitive personal data.
2. Purposes of data processing
We use your data to: (i) create and administer your investor account; (ii) comply with the obligations set forth in the Law to Regulate Financial Technology Institutions and the Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Operations with Resources of Illicit Origin; (iii) execute credit agreements with mortgage collateral; (iv) carry out collective financing operations; (v) respond to information and support requests; (vi) send commercial communications about new projects, provided that prior consent exists.
3. Data transfers
Your data may be transferred to: (a) competent authorities when required, including the CNBV, the Financial Intelligence Unit and the SAT; (b) banking and trust institutions with which we operate, such as CIBanco S.A. Institución de Banca Múltiple; (c) external auditors such as Mancera Ernst & Young; (d) technology providers subject to a confidentiality agreement. None of these transfers require additional consent, as they are expressly authorized by the LFPDPPP.
4. ARCO rights
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, send a request to privacidad@mxtorsim.com including a copy of your official ID and a description of the right to be exercised. Our Personal Data Department will respond within 20 business days pursuant to Article 32 of the LFPDPPP.

6. Changes to this Privacy Notice

7. Consent
By providing your personal data through our forms, you grant your express consent to the processing described herein, unless you communicate otherwise in writing to the Personal Data Department.
